Through strict adherence to robust safety management systems and engagement of working practices of the highest standards, every single employee, whether onshore or offshore are instilled with the POSH safety culture. We believe strongly in pre-empting accidents before they happen and taking up personal responsibility for safety. As such, a central tenet of our safety philosophy – If it is to be, it is up to me.

Quality Policy
The company's mission is to provide quality service levels that meet or exceed expectations. We are fully committed to achieving the highest management standards in order to satisfy our customer requirements. By taking into account risk-based thinking (RBT) in planning, review and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and its processes, we constantly drive ourselves to achieve excellence whilst being mindful of responsibilities to Principals, shareholders, employees and the community. The continuous improvement process is pivotal in our pursuit for service excellence.

POSH operates under a very rigorous and comprehensive HSEQ Integrated Management System (IMS) that is fully compliant to the ISM Code. The policies, practices and procedures incorporated in the IMS are in compliance with benchmark requirements in the offshore industry such as the OVID and CMID; as well as international standards such as the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO45001.
The IMS is a robust system as it is formulated with the various stakeholders in mind. Despite its breadth of coverage, it is a user friendly and effective tool that safeguards the interests of our clients, subcontractors, vessel crew and POSH alike. The IMS covers:
- Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) and Hazardous Observations (HAZOBS)
- Personnel Safety and Occupational Health
- Drug & Alcohol Control
- Environment Protection & Pollution Prevention
- Vessel Planned Maintenance
