Our Offshore Support Vessels ("OSV") division has a fleet of Anchor Handling Tug Supply ("AHTS") vessels and Platform Supply Vessels ("PSV") as well as barges and anchor handling towing tugs.

 

Our Offshore Support Vessels (“OSV”) division has a fleet of Anchor Handling Tug Supply (“AHTS”) vessels and Platform Supply Vessels (“PSV”) as well as barges and anchor handling towing tugs. These multifunctional vessels can undertake towing and anchor handling of drilling rigs and provide logistic support across the offshore oil and gas value chain, including exploration, field development, construction and production phases of the oil and gas life cycle, and decommissioning work.

Our vessels are equipped with Dynamic Positioning (“DP”) technology, which enables safe and efficient operations. Some of the new generation vessels are also designed with fuel-efficient diesel electric propulsion and possess Clean Design and Green Passport notation, which reduces and limits the vessels’ combustion machinery emissions and accidental sea pollution.

Our OSV division comprises:

  • AHTs of up to 8,000 BHPs for pipelay and platform construction work
  • AHTS of up to 200-ton bollard pull capable of providing multi-role services during drillings such as towing and positioning of rigs, as well as transporting drilling materials and other equipment.
  • PSVs that support offshore installations by transporting drilling materials and supplies to drilling rigs and offshore production platforms as well as pipes and other materials for the construction of marine structures or pipelines.
  • Submersible barges and various tugs that can support decommissioning work.

Our Offshore Projects division supports marine contractors worldwide for all their ocean towage, positioning and other needs through a fleet of Anchor Handling Tug Supply (“AHTS”) vessels, Anchor Handling Tugs ("AHT"), Anchor Handling/Towing/Supply Tugs (“AHTSS”), submersible barges and anchor handling towing tugs.

 

Our Offshore Projects division supports marine contractors worldwide for all their ocean towage, positioning and other needs through a fleet of Anchor Handling Tug Supply (“AHTS”) vessels, Anchor Handling Tugs ("AHT"), Anchor Handling/Towing/Supply Tugs (“AHTSS”), submersible barges and anchor handling towing tugs. This includes transportation and installation (“T&I”) works such as for the construction and maintenance of oilfield infrastructure and pipelines.

Our vessels can support various pipelay and platform construction work for shallow waters and cater to the different needs of marine contractors in deepwater operations.

Our fleet comprises:

  • High-specification tugs designed with high bollard pull of 150 to 200 ton and large fuel tanks enabling them to perform large tows across long distances economically, such as for Floating Production Storage and Offloading ("FPSO"), without a need for multiple refuelling stops.
  • 16,000 BHP AHTS that can support ocean towage positioning, station keeping and various value-added turnkey solutions
  • Submersible barges of up to 30,500 dwt for float-over installations or launching operations of large marine structures
  • Ballastable flat top barges ranging from 250 to 330 feet
  • Towing tugs for transportation of construction materials and subsea pipes

Leveraging on our full suite of vessels, POSH has been a leading operator in the deepwater T&I space, having successfully completed many demanding ocean towage projects over the past decade. Additionally, we offer project management capabilities and provide value-added turnkey solutions.

The Offshore Accommodation ("OA") division operates a fleet of vessels, including Accommodation Vessels and Multi-Purpose Support Vessels (“MPSV”)

 

The Offshore Accommodation ("OA") division operates a fleet of vessels, including Accommodation Vessels and Multi-Purpose Support Vessels (“MPSV”), that deliver a wide range of accommodation and "walk-to-work" solutions for large numbers of offshore professionals involved in the construction, modification and maintenance, and decommissioning activities at offshore oil field structures and platforms.

We are focused on providing a variety of high-specification offshore accommodation vessels that cater to the different needs of our customers.

Our OA fleet comprises:

  • Comfort-class DP3 semi-submersible accommodation platforms ("SSAV") – POSH Xanadu and POSH Arcadia – that are the largest in the world and capable of operating in harsh weather conditions.
  • DP2 238-pax diesel electric "E-class" accommodation vessels
  • Conventionally moored vessels
  • MPSVs capable of supporting subsea work

Our extensive fleet of vessels enables us to deliver a wide range of a solutions for our customers. In particular, our SSAVs boast sophisticated machinery redundancy and platform stability, offering comfortable and safe living, first-class crew welfare and "walk-to-work" capability.

Our Harbour Services (“HS”) department operates a fleet of harbour tugs for harbour towage operators and shipyards, with a proven track record earned over more than a decade.

We own, operate and manage a fleet of harbour tugs which are actively engaged in supporting harbour towage operators, both locally and overseas.

In 2013, POSH was granted a public towing license by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore and has the widest tug base coverage in Singapore. The division boasts zero service failures on a round-the clock operations.

With a comprehensive suite of supply chain and marine solutions integrated on a single platform, we are capable of supporting our clients' needs across the entire offshore renewables project life cycle. Wind foundation design and fabrication
Leveraging over 70 years of experience in offshore engineering and fabrication, and supported by more than 25 million ft2 of yard space in Asia, we are well-positioned to design and fabricate wind foundations that are customised to our clients’ requirements.

Transportation and logistics management
Supported by a fleet of 100 vessels including 12 purpose-built 27,500 DWT Multi-purpose Vessels, we have transported more than 2000 wind turbines across the globe to date. We also possess more than 60 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management in Taiwan, allowing us to undertake the end-to-end transportation of wind turbines and component parts seamlessly.

With an established track record for executing complex offshore energy projects requiring stringent operational and safety standards, we bring specialised offshore marine expertise and a modern fleet of vessels that are readily transferable to support offshore wind operations.
